It's the classic statement: match your belt with your shoes. I think the statement cannot be made generic coz it seems to apply to people who're tucking their tops into their pants. But, what about for those who don't? Like me, who usually wear tees and sweaters, which tend to hide the belt?
Aha! I got a solution. Match the laptop case or folder with the shoes instead. Like moi, who tend to use different shoes and laptop cases on daily basis, that's the one thing that I can do. Like matching the choc python folder with my Zara python lace-ups, the Ordning & Reda python case with Asos plimsols, or the black and white laptop sleeve by Cool Bananas with Adidas Top Ten Hi. Or to go with big brand theme: Gucci with Gucci's.
Problem solved. Crazy? Maybe. Fun? Absolutely! :)
