One of the Bill Amberg tote range is the Tug bag. Very simple, practical, straighforward design that is unisex. I saw one of in orange color while visiting Bill Amberg store at Bicester Village a couple of months back. What I like about it is how the bag is made of: the very hardwearing 15oz cotton canvas with vegetable-tanned leather trimmings. The tote is kinda 'open' top, making it very casual shopper bag.
To add to the range for Spring/Summer '09, the tote is given a stripe version (called Selvage Tug) which I really love in white color. Also like the one in Royal Blue with tan-colored leather. And recently, they add another stylist/fashion-writer-designed Tug in various colors and materials like cow hide, patent leather and the usual canvas. Some looks classic and chic while some..mmm let's just say a bit blingy. Who's the stylist/fashion writers? Mark Heyes (GMTV), Sophie Ferguson-Jones (Grazia), Katie Lester (You Mag) and Nisha Diu (Stella) to name a few.
Price? Range from £80 and above. Yikes...
