Watch Talk: Burberry Watch.. Again

A good watch is not just a great fashion statement. It could be your life-saving too, especially during the rainy days (READ: When u become skint). You can bail your life out when you bring it to the pawnshop. Especially the designer watch. The longer you have them, the more vintage they become. Hopefully the value also increases.

Boy, do I just love designer watch now. Last time I'm eyeing Calvin Klein's. Simple, clean silhouette and chic (my fav words). And this time, my eyes couldn't stop glaring at Burberry. Especially these two lots.

One in stainless steel and the other a chronograph. Man, aren't they just gorgeous! The one with stainless steel bracelet look smashing. Very symmetrical. The chain look just immaculate. Just imagine how it may look on the wrist (and the feel!). Simple, no fuss, just plain chic.

The chrono one also look equally marvellous. I just love the base in etched check design. It's slightly thicker coz it's a chronograph watch - meaning you can time how fast Jenson Button will pass Lewis Hamilton in F1 circuit! :D It has leather strap, and knowing Burberry I think it's gonna be buttery soft. (Comfy might be the right word). If the look might tempt you, wait till I mention that both watches are water-resistant up to 50m. Hmm... can you go diving with it? err, I won't anyway.

It may cost a fortune for some of us (£275 for the bracelet, £325 for the chrono). Yet, knowing you might make it as a good investment I think it's worth it. Style, function + investment. Isn't it just a great combo?
