Adam's Back for HE

I thought Adam Lippes collection for HE by Mango is just a one-off for spring/summer '09. But hell nooo... Coz he's back for autumn/winter too. As I visited Mango store last couple of days ago, I manage to check some of the pieces that HE has to offer. My verdict? Very cool... coz I think Adam manage to bring his simplicity but edgy creation to the already bland HE by Mango. Some of Adam for HE that I think quite nice are these lots.

• The pea coat in tonal greys. The color hues is really similar to the one at Shopadam.com, but on a cardi instead. And this one is awesome too coz the fabric felt like cashmere. The fit I think quite cool though the one that I tried is extra large one (yikes!). The price? Uh uh.. hate it (£105!!)

• Oversized chunky knit duffel cardi. Autumn/winter trend is always about chunky knit nowadays. This one is superb! Very lightweight though it's supposed to be 'chunky'. Fit is amazing so as the wool texture. One thing I love - the usual 'woody' button is replaced with leather. What a nice touch by Adam.

• The houndstooth blazer. Patch pockets is started to become a fad since last spring/summer. This one resembles what COS used to do. I like the fit, though I hate that it hangs slightly lower the bottom. And the houndstooth design is like bringing some old school vibes to the urban culture.
