Something that I was thinking of doing when the New Year comes is to stay at central London and being sucked into the celebration as the clock struck 12 pm. Coz for sure on the nite of 31st December, most public transport gonna be totally packed with people. Not to mention it's quite unsafe too especially taking those Tubes and buses with drunken revellers in. Yikes!!
So my wild side is forcing me to book a place anywhere at London West End. One place that I truly love is Sanctum Soho - a boutique hotel that is located exactly at the heart of the capital. Mentioning Soho, uh huh... I know, that area is definitely the most happening and interesting part too especially during any celebration. But that's not the point. The point is - it's a gorgeous hotel that any modern, hype and ready-to-go people like me would adore to stay.
What i really love about the hotel are the rooms. The decor is ultra fabulous. Very modern contemporary chic. Just by looking at the bed itself make me wanna snuggle into that luscious velvetty blanket, dunk my head into that ubersoft pillows and take me into my wildest dream (not nitemare okay). :)
There're quite a number of rooms, and the one that I like is the crashpads - designed for a quick stay for those who're on the go (hmmm... quick or quickie? Ahaks!). It's very cute little room with all the mod cons you wanted. King-sized bed? Check. Plasma TV? Check. Art deco bath? Check. And dreamy room? That's absolutely check!!
Price? Starts from £175 for a crashpads. Not too bad for a boutique hotel in Central London. But one thing for sure, after crashing my head into that pillow, I'll definitely burn a massive hole in my wallet!
